The hotel is close to the airport and provides a decent breakfast with good variety. The walls are thin, so noise can be an issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though my sink needed unclogging.

The hotel is fantastic because it’s just a short drive to the Boise Airport, making it super easy for travelers, plus it’s just steps away from inviting parks like Ivywild Park and the stunning Julia Davis Park, where you can stroll, relax, or have a picnic, and it's close to several fascinating attractions such as the Idaho Military History Museum and Boise State University, allowing for a rich weekend experience right at your doorstep; the rooms were comfy and offered all the amenities like a coffeemaker and compact refrigerator, yet a little more attention to detail in cleaning could make the stay even better.

The front desk staff were attentive and really tried to help us with room selection, but our first room had a non-flushing toilet, forcing a reluctant move. The corridors felt bright and welcoming, and the breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the Jimmy Dean sandwiches. the room ambiance was marred by lingering smells from its past as a smoking room. Cleanliness was hit or miss; while the carpets sparkled, some surfaces needed a more thorough clean. The pool provided a refreshing escape, but the experience left me wishing for better communication and maintenance.

The room was cold and welcoming after a long day. The beds were super comfortable, not rock hard. Soft sheets felt wonderful as I settled in. The fridge was spacious, and the new TV added a modern touch. Unfortunately, the TV showed “no service” with confusing remotes, which caused some frustration. The walls could use a cleaning, especially in the bathroom. I appreciated the pleasant staff but lacked basic info on laundry and check-out. the comfort was noteworthy, but a few details fell short of expectations.

Central location, free breakfast, comfy rooms. I “loved” pulling out stranger's hair from the clogged drain. How considerate of them to let me have that wonderful experience!

The room was spotless and the hard surface floors made it feel fresh! I loved lounging by the heated outdoor pool, soaking up the sun. The staff went above and beyond, even printing a map for my restaurant adventure!

Really enjoyed the welcoming vibe from the staff here! They always treat us great. Plus, the TV choices were solid. It’s nice being close to everything in Boise. Just wish the breakfast had more protein options. Those starchy carbs can get old quick! one showerhead was kinda awkwardly placed.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was free and reliable. The staff was friendly and showed us how to park our moving truck easily.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable given the amenities.

I was really let down when I arrived to find out the outdoor pool was closed. We picked this place mainly for that reason. The indoor pool felt suffocating, and there were no towels. Such a frustrating experience!

Clean room. Quick check-in. This hotel excels in basic accommodations. Staff is friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a solid bonus, and the phone USB chargers by the bedside were a thoughtful touch. The location is conveniently off the freeway, ideal for travelers. the experience had significant downsides. Maintenance issues plagued the stay. A persistent plumbing problem and uncleanliness were frustrating. Bedbugs appeared, which is alarming. Communication regarding shuttle availability was lacking, and pricing discrepancies during check-in felt deceitful. Despite its affordability, the deficiencies require urgent attention. It's satisfactory, but barely. Future visits require significant improvements.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, & check-in was easy. The location was convenient, close to the highway & shopping areas. The staff, especially Miranda, was exceptional & made our stay pleasant. The hotel was peaceful, & we even had the pool to ourselves a few times.
Breakfast was disappointing as items ran out quickly & weren't replenished. Inconsistencies with room types & service quality were a letdown.

My squad and I had a blast checking out the killer performances at Morrison Center and the sick sports stuff at Sports Hall of Fame. So rad! The room was chill, beds comfy, and the breakfast grub was fire!
Yo, just wish they had a lit on-site hangout spot for late-night vibes to keep the party going with fellow young peeps.

inn america - was a really nice hotel, quite new and conveniently located close to the airport and city center. We enjoyed the comfortable queen beds, efficient A/C, fast and high-capacity wifi, and lovely outdoor pool. the 24-hour coffee bar was a nice touch, and the staff was extremely friendly and considerate, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.

we were disappointed to find that the heating in our room was a bit inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. On the upside, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool on a hot day. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, but the coffee pot was a bit temperamental and didn't work as well as we had hoped. As for the free toiletries provided, they were basic but did the job. The complimentary am/fm alarm clock was a nice touch, making it easy to wake up on time in the mornings. The flat-screen TV in the room was a good size and provided decent entertainment during our downtime. the carpeted floor seemed a bit dated and could use a thorough cleaning or even an update. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try out the dry cleaning or laundry services during our short stay. we didn't utilize the airport shuttle service, so I can't comment on that aspect. our experience at Inn America had its ups and downs. While there were some positives like the convenient ironing facilities and the efficient air conditioning, there were also areas that could be improved, such as the inconsistent heating and the somewhat outdated carpeting. If these areas were addressed, it could make for a more enjoyable stay.

We had a great experience during our family stay at a hotel near the airport in Boise. The staff, especially Melissa, was amazing and made our check-in process smooth and quick. The hotel offers long-term parking and free lyft rides to the airport, which was very convenient for us. We also appreciated their pet-friendly policy, as we were able to bring our beloved Yorkie along. The breakfast was decent, and the breakfast lady added a fun touch with her jokes and interactions. It was an overall pleasant stay.
Booking confusion regarding a future reservation left us feeling uncertain and frustrated.
